All began when joseph experienced one terrible time purchasing his very first two-family investment property in Clifton, n.j. In 2009. At the time, joseph was a 120 hour per week employee at both Verizon & AT&T selling in corporate sales and burned out quickly. As such, the experience he had trying to purchase this property left him frustrated, with numerous unanswered questions, and dealing with pushy agents; thus, he determined he would rather be the agent representing the seller.
On new years eve, 2014, joseph took and passed the new jersey real estate exam. Since then he has never stopped. Today, joseph is the owner/operator of Prestige Property Group Montclair, a 40 + agent brokerage located in the heart of downtown montclair. Additionally, he ranks within the top 1 percent of producing realtors in new jersey with career sales volume exceeding $550 million.
In 2015, one year after receiving his new jersey real estate license, joseph became certified through Inspection21 located in Paramus NJ as a home inspector. Upon completion of 140 hours of hands-on education covering foundations, roof structures, septic systems/wells, hvac/plumbing/electrical etc., he can tell buyers during their initial walk-through whether the cracks in the basement walls are merely cosmetic settlement issues or if they require costly repairs ($40,000). The skills and knowledge he developed in obtaining this certification alone has likely saved his clients countless dollars in lost opportunities due to poor decisions made on properties which were misinterpreted as acceptable. These successes also account for why so many of his past clients continue to refer their family members to him.
If the property being shown is wrong for you, Joseph will tell you so. If the asking price on your listed property cannot support your desired sale price, joseph will let you know that too. Telling clients anything but the truth wastes these individuals valuable money.

Joseph spends the majority of his non-working hours filming “The Compound Series” — a YouTube series documenting new-construction multi-million-dollar projects throughout new jersey. Consider structural steel components weighing upwards of six-thousand pounds / some of the most difficult project phases associated with building $9m properties / finished product photos/videos of homes that most people can only view from afar. This same skill set provides the eyes with which he views every property tour, except now there are cameras rolling.
